Pumpkin Chiffon Squares

Bottom Layer:
1 ¾ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
½ cup melted butter

Mix above ingredients together and press into a 9" x 13" pan.

Second Layer:
8 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs―beaten
¾ cup sugar

Beat the second layer ingredients together until fluffy then spread on bottom layer and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.  Let cool.

Third Layer:
2 pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
¾ cup milk
2 cups cooked pumpkin
¼ tsp. EACH cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix the third layer ingredients together then fold in contents of one small container of Cool Whip.  Spread this on second layer. 

Top with another small container of Cool Whip.  Chill.  Then enjoy!
