No-Bake Energy Bites

1 cup rolled oats
½ cup peanut butter
⅓ cup honey
1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
½ cup ground flaxseeds
½ cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanillaPut in a mixing bowl and mix all together. Chill 30 minutes, then roll into balls. Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
