Zucchini Cake

"Stack-N-Whack"
½ cup margarine
½ cup vegetable oil
1 ¾ cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
½ cup sour milk
2 ½ cups flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ ground cloves
2 cups grated zucchini
¼ cup chocolate chipsMix in order given, adding zucchini last. Spread in greased 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes. If you like, you can add your favorite chocolate icing. Enjoy!
