Caramel Dip

Rapid-Fire Hunter's Star Workshop, October 2012

8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp. caramel flavoring (Watkins) available at Machias Hardware
½ tsp. vanilla

Stir all ingredients together until smooth, you may want to add chopped peanuts (optional).

Serve with apple slices, pretzels, etc.
