Walnut Pesto Spread

A delicious snack when served with crackers.

1 cup walnuts
¼ cup parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 springs thyme
Splash of vinegar
cup olive oil or just enough to make paste
2 Tbsp. minced sun-dried tomatoes IN OIL

Use food processor to coarsely grind everything.
