Bacon Curry Coleslaw

St. Croix Quilters Christmas Party 2015

3 cups cabbage shredded
cup raisins
2 Tbsp. green onion

Dressing:

cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
tsp. curry

Just before serving add:

4 slices cooked bacon, cut into bits 
cup peanuts.

(For the 2015 guild Christmas party I used red onion instead of green onion. I doubled the cabbage, raisins and onion but did not double the dressing. I was very generous with the curry.)
