Just in time for Mother's Day, we made adorable little quilts featuring a simple pieced teacup block with a pocket to hold a tea bag and special message.  The perfect gift for a special friend or relative.  The pattern was found in Eleanor Burns' book, "Christmas at Bear Paw Ranch."

We also learned about the English tradition of afternoon tea and enjoyed scones and other goodies and tried a variety of teas including Jasmine, Oolong, Raspberry, Chive, and White, among others.  The hit of the refreshment table was the Lemon Curd Joline brought to go with her scones.
