Happy Villages

This workshop was based on a design created by Karen Eckmeier.  Each member's project measured approximately 16" x 16" and most were made in a day.  Raw-edge fabric shapes were collaged, lightly glue-basted, and machine stitched with a layer of tulle to prevent fraying.  Lynda gave lots of ideas inspired by real life villages and participants were inspired to use their imaginations to create their own unique village.
