Built in 1880, and opened as an Inn in 1982, the
Homeport Inn is situated in the village of Lubec, ME, on a quaint, tree-lined
street. We relaxed and
enjoy this beautiful inn in the company of friends, great food
and, of course,
quilting, quilting, quilting!

Participated in a Scavenger Hunt
Were introduced to Talking Quilts
Laughed all the way through a Fat and Lean Quarter Swap
Changed into 'jammies and sewed until after midnight

Liz's husband made 6" table risers for us to use on the cutting/pressing
table. They were great!

Our Meals |
|
Even though we did our own cooking and
clean-up, we felt like we were being pampered.
Here gourmet cook, Wendy, adds glaze to her fresh-baked sticky cinnamon
buns for Sunday breakfast.
We enjoyed our meals in a
beautiful dining room (no paper plates here);
it was terrific food in the company of good friends. |
