Squash Casserole

2 lbs. fresh yellow squash
1 box chicken-flavored stuffing
1 8-oz. carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick oleo
1 medium onion—chopped
1 medium carrot—grated

Cook squash until done, mix with other ingredients.  Put in a greased casserole dish.  Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
Can be doubled to make a larger casserole.
