Barbecue Pulled Pork

Pork roast—boneless if you can get it; if not, bone in is fine

2-3 bottles of barbecue sauce, flavor is your choice

In the evening, put the roast in a crock pot. Pour a bottle of barbecue sauce over it and cook on low all night.

In the morning, drain and add another bottle of barbecue sauce, let cook on low all day.

When ready to serve, just take 2 forks and pull the pork apart.  If you had to get the bone, take out the bones now.

If it seems a little dry, add the other bottle of sauce and stir.
