These little cookies seem to melt in your mouth―too good to be this easy.

1 cup (2 sticks) butter--softened
1/3 cup frosting sugar
1 cup ground nuts--walnuts or cashews
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour

combine butter and sugar.  Add nuts and vanilla, then beat in flour.  Dough will be stiff.  Shape into 1" balls and place on cookie sheet.  Bake at 325 for 20 minutes.  While still warm, roll in additional frosting sugar.  Makes about 72 cookies.
