These little cookies seem to melt in your mouth―too good to be this easy.

1 cup (2 sticks) butter--softened
1/3 cup frosting sugar
1 cup ground nuts--walnuts or cashews
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour

combine butter and sugar.  Add nuts and vanilla, then beat in flour.  Dough will be stiff.  Shape into 1" balls and place on cookie sheet.  Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.  While still warm, roll in additional frosting sugar.  Makes about 72 cookies.
